Marketing Office Recycling Bin for Waste Sorting

Marketing Office Recycling Bin became part of our workspace after the marketing team started managing several campaigns at the same time. Printed proofs, packaging from promotional materials, coffee cups, shipping boxes and discarded drafts appeared throughout the office as projects moved from planning to launch.

At first, recyclable materials stayed on desks because everyone was focused on deadlines. Draft versions of brochures were stacked beside finished work, empty sample packaging remained on meeting tables and bottles collected around workstations during long planning sessions.

We originally believed these materials would be cleared away once each campaign was finished. Instead, multiple campaigns overlapped, meaning new materials constantly replaced old ones while recyclable items gradually accumulated around the office.

The solution was to place a dedicated recycling bin inside the marketing office. Team members could immediately sort paper, bottles and packaging while continuing their work without leaving the department.

The difference became noticeable within a few days. Desks remained available for current projects, meeting tables stayed clear for presentations and recyclable materials disappeared as soon as they were no longer needed.

One colleague commented that preparing for client meetings became easier because the workspace was consistently organised. Nothing about the team’s workflow had changed. The only difference was that recycling was available exactly where campaign work happened.

That experience showed us that a marketing office is constantly changing as ideas become finished campaigns. When recycling is integrated into the workspace, keeping the office organised becomes part of the creative process rather than something left until the end of the day.
