Customer Service Office Recycling Bin became part of our daily routine after the customer service team grew and more employees began handling calls, emails and face-to-face enquiries throughout the day. The change became noticeable within a few days. Workstations stayed clearer throughout the day, shared counters remained available for customer documents and recyclable materials disappeared as soon as they were no longer needed.

One team member commented that the office felt easier to prepare for the next shift because every workstation remained organised. Nothing about the customer service process had changed. The improvement came from placing recycling where employees naturally worked.

That experience showed us that customer service offices operate through continuous interaction with people rather than fixed schedules. When recycling is available within the workspace, keeping the office organised becomes a simple part of the daily routine instead of an extra task between customer enquiries.
