Client Meeting Room Recycling Bin for Waste Sorting

Client Meeting Room Recycling Bin became part of our meeting space after we noticed that meetings with clients regularly generated recyclable materials. Printed proposals, presentation handouts, coffee cups, bottled drinks and small catering packaging often remained in the room once discussions had finished.

At first, recyclable materials stayed on the meeting table because conversations usually continued until the scheduled end of the meeting. Once the meeting finished, everyone naturally moved on to their next appointment, leaving cups, bottles and unnecessary papers behind.

We originally expected participants to recycle everything on their way out. After observing several client meetings, we realised that people were focused on continuing their schedule rather than looking for a recycling point elsewhere in the office.

We introduced a dedicated recycling bin directly inside the client meeting room so paper, bottles and everyday packaging could be sorted before participants left the room.

Within a short time, the room became easier to prepare between appointments. Meeting tables remained clear, presentation areas stayed organised and recyclable materials disappeared as soon as discussions ended.

One colleague commented that welcoming the next client became much simpler because the room consistently looked ready without additional clearing. The furniture, meeting schedule and presentation equipment remained unchanged. The improvement came from placing recycling exactly where meetings concluded.

That experience showed us that client meeting rooms are continuously prepared for new conversations throughout the working day. When recycling is integrated into the room itself, keeping the meeting space organised becomes a natural part of every client visit.
